Donald Trump criticized Elon Musk’s plans to create a new party. And accused him of trying to sow total destruction and chaos in US politics.
The US president said he was saddened to see Musk go completely “off the rails,” essentially becoming a train wreck over the past five weeks.
Trump also added that the only thing the third party is good for is creating complete and total destruction and chaos.
“He even wants to create a third political party despite the fact that they have never been successful in the United States – the system doesn’t seem designed for them,” Trump wrote.
He again linked Ilon Musk’s opposition move to a new spending bill that eliminates incentives for Tesla electric cars.
According to Trump, Musk always knew the US president was planning to do this.
The White House has begun to react nervously to the creation of a new party of Ilon Musk for the congressional elections in 2026.
Ilon Musk’s new party has a chance of taking votes away from Republicans, allowing Democrats to establish their majority.
Trump also said he will start sending out letters about new American tariffs to various countries around the world. Or agreements for those who have concluded them with the Americans.
Earlier, the US Treasury Department said the new tariffs could go into effect on August 1.
Trump also warned that any country that supports the BRICS policy will face an additional 10% tariff.
