The Russian army has record losses in equipment

In March, the army of the aggressor country Russia lost the most artillery systems and vehicles since the beginning of its full-scale invasion of Ukraine.

This was reported by the Ukrainian Defense Ministry on Tuesday, April 1.

Last month, the Ukrainian military destroyed 1,644 Russian artillery systems.

The AFU destroyed and hit a record number of Russian artillery systems on March 27–122 units.

In the first three months of 2025, Russia lost 3,990 artillery systems.

The Defense Ministry compared that in the first quarter of 2024, Ukrainian defenders destroyed 2,600 enemy artillery systems.

Also in March, 272 tanks, 607 armored combat vehicles and 3,545 vehicles and tankers were destroyed.

The Russians lost the most vehicles on March 27–210 vehicles.

And this video captures the destruction of three North Korean Koksan self-propelled artillery units in Russia’s Kursk region.

In the past week alone, from March 24 to 31, the Ukrainian Defense Forces destroyed 408 artillery systems of the Russian occupants.
