The most powerful flashlight in the world

The world’s most powerful flashlight with an illumination range of more than 1.5 kilometers (0.930 miles) has been invented.

Chinese company IMALENT has introduced MS32 – a flashlight capable of delivering a dazzling 200,000 lumens, which is comparable to the light from a hundred car headlights.

However, this mode is only available for a short time due to heating, after which the power automatically drops to 40,000 lumens.

In 40,000 lumens mode the flashlight works for about 1.5 hours, and at the minimum power (1,500 lumens) – up to 30 hours. The device is charged via USB port.

IMALENT MS32 has a waterproof case and an active cooling system that helps to cope with such an intense light output.

The price of such a device is about 750 American dollars.
