A lightning-fast, successful counterattack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces

Ukrainian infantrymen launched a lightning counterattack, recapturing a position captured by the Russians and freeing two of their comrades.

This was reported on the Facebook page of the 141st Separate Mechanized Brigade.

According to the military, Russian paratroopers captured one of the positions and captured two Ukrainian servicemen.

But Ukrainian troops responded immediately. The coordinated counterattack took just 30 minutes.

“Result: the position was recaptured, the enemy was destroyed, and our troops were freed from captivity,” the Ukrainian unit reported.

It was previously reported that Ukrainian infantrymen set up a perfect ambush for the Russian assault group, not giving them time to react or even raise their weapons.
