J.D. Vance did not hold the Buckeyes team trophy

It has become known that U.S. Vice President J.D. Vance dropped the championship trophy of the Buckeyes soccer team.

It is reported that athletes from the state of Ohio won the national championship playoff on American soccer.

This tournament was held among colleges, and after winning, the entire team was invited to the White House.

At the photo shoot, J.D. Vance tried to lift the soccer trophy, which broke in half and fell.

The 35-pound (about 16 kg) trophy, made of gold, bronze and stainless steel, was caught by players before it collapsed to the floor.

But the very base of the 30-pound (about 13.5 kg) trophy broke off in the process and fell, eliciting gasps from the crowd.
