A video of him in the capital of Russia, Moscow, was published by local Telegram channels.
The Russian media also confirmed his visit, but there is no information yet on whether Kanye West plans to give a concert.
Earlier, the Russian mass media wrote that such a concert could take place in June in Luzhniki in honor of his birthday.
After the performance, he plans to celebrate his birthday at one of the establishments in the capital of the Russian Federation.
