A woman was arrested outside Trump’s residence

A woman has been arrested near the checkpoint of US President Donald Trump’s private residence Mar-a-Lago.

The arrested woman was allegedly with an “urgent message” for the American leader. This is reported by the New York Post.

Caroline Shaw drove up in a car to the residence and told the guards that she needed to urgently talk to Trump. She also warned that there were weapons in her vehicle.

Eventually, the woman was detained, and her car was searched. At that moment, the US president was in Washington.

It is noted that the suspect’s driver’s license was invalid since April 23 due to unpaid traffic fines.

On July 8, the court banned the woman from approaching Trump, his residence, or any of his other properties.

She will also be banned from owning a gun for at least one year. The woman pleaded not guilty in court.
